Boomer is a friendly dog thats ready for his new home. He came to MShoogys because of a call from the sheriff about a dog that had been hit on the interstate. Good thing for Boomer that someone spotted him. He was emaciated and it wouldnt be long before it was too late for him. Look at him now; hes as good as new.
